ArthMod is a women-led Indian fashion label with a green heart.
We’re a purpose-driven brand rooted in sustainability, self-expression, and conscious creation. Founded by Ankita Mutha in early 2022 ArthMod emerged from a small town in Rajasthan — Deogarh — not with industry privilege, but with raw passion, zero fashion degrees, and a powerful desire to do things differently.
What began as a self-taught experiment in design has evolved into a growing movement — one that empowers women, honors the Earth, and makes mindful fashion exciting again.
In a world of fast cycles and throwaway trends, ArthMod stands still — intentionally. Our collections are designed with love, crafted with care, and built to outlast the season. Drawing from vintage silhouettes and nature-inspired palettes, we blend nostalgia with modern ease to bring you clothing that feels like home — effortless, elevated, and earth-loving.

From its grassroots beginnings in Deogarh to now operating out of Bangalore in 2025, ArthMod’s journey is a reflection of what’s possible when purpose meets persistence. The heart remains the same: slow fashion, bold spirit, and a deep-rooted belief that clothes can heal, empower, and inspire.

NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I never planned to become a fashion designer - I just loved dressing up. I didn’t have a degree, a mentor, or even access to professional tools when I started ArthMod in Deogarh. What I did have was a calling to create something beautiful, something honest - and something that gave back to Mother Earth.
ArthMod began with a few machines, a handful of curious young women, and the belief that we could figure it out as we went. And we did - with every stitch, every mistake, every breakthrough.
Today, as we grow from Deoghar to Bangalore, the dream only gets deeper. ArthMod isn’t just a brand - it’s a love letter to conscious living, to slow fashion, and to the daughters of Mother Earth.

ARTHMOD - A NAME THAT MEANS MORE
ARTHMOD is more than just a brand name - it’s a belief system.
Rooted in the Hindi word “Arth” meaning purpose or meaning, and “Mod” symbolizing lifestyle or mode of living, ARTHMOD stands for a meaningful way of life.
It reflects our mission to create consciously designed clothing that adds value to your everyday - not just in style, but in spirit.
The name also echoes Earth, grounding the brand in sustainability and care for the planet.
