Where do we ship?

We ship all over the world. We ship to almost all major countries- India, USA, Middle East, Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones. If it isn’t allowing you to checkout, let us know so we can
make sure your country is added to the list.

How long will it take to receive my order? Is there a shipping fee?

We dispatch ready orders within 8-10 working days from the order date. Orders are delivered within 4-5 working days from day of dispatch. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to 7-8 working days.

DELIVERY TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND NOT GUARANTEED.

We ship all over India for free of cost for standard delivery subject to a minimum order value of INR 1499/.

Cash on delivery charges will apply on all cash on delivery orders, the cost of which will be calculated at the time of check out.

To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Delivery can take up to 15-20 working days from the order date. 

All international orders have a delivery fee associated depending on your delivery address. Shipping International can cost anywhere between INR 1500 - INR 2500 Over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.

You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.

How can I check my order status?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or reading our shipping terms page. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Arthmod orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns as all sales are final. We only provide exchange of size or altration If the incorrect size, wrong product & color has been delivered to you


FOR ANY EXCHANGE OR ALTERATION REQUESTS PLEASE FOLLOW :

STEP 1: Send us an email within 3 business days of the delivery on hello@arthmod.com if the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for a Exchange. 

Mail should contain the details of the product as in Product Name, New Size Required. 

STEP 2: Pack the garment in its original packaging along with the completed invoice. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unworn, and has its tags and packaging intact, as we will not be able to accept pieces without the same. 

STEP 3: Team Arthmod will revert with an email confirming the return/exchange.

Important note: 

The cost of Return or Exchange of the product to us if any has to be borne by the to customer. Be sure to view our size chart before placing your order to make the purchase seamless or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. ​Replacements are made for the same product or style only. In the event we are unable to provide you with the replacement product, we will offer a credit note.
