We do not accept returns. Every Arthmod piece is made-to-order or produced in limited batches to reduce waste. Returns often go unworn or get discarded — and that doesn’t align with our values of conscious consumption.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer a one-time size exchange or store credit valid for 6 months.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the process.

Sale Items Are Final Sale

Items purchased on sale or using discount codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.

 How to Request an Exchange

We pour soul into every piece — but we understand that sometimes the fit or feel may be off. That’s okay. We’re here to help.

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 2–3 business days of receiving your order:

2. Make sure:

• The piece is unworn and in original condition
  
• All tags are intact — just like they arrived
  
• You clearly mention the new size or item you'd like in exchange

Exchange Shipping Charges

We’re a small, slow, and mindful brand — and while we’d love to offer reverse pickups, we currently don’t have access to that service.

Here’s how exchange shipping works:

1. Self-Ship Your Piece
You’ll need to self-ship the product back to us in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safety.

2. For Exchanges
We charge a flat ₹150–₹200 to ship the new piece back to you — this helps cover packaging and logistics.

3. For Store Credit
If you opt for store credit instead, we’ll issue a gift card after deducting ₹200 from the total — to cover handling and processing.

Using Store Credit (Gift Cards)

When you choose store credit, it is issued as a digital gift card sent to your order email.

1. Validity

Your gift card remains valid for 6 months from the date of issue — take your time to choose what speaks to you next.

2. How to Redeem at Checkout

• Add items to your cart and click ‘Checkout’
  
• Enter your delivery address and click ‘Proceed to Pay’
  
• Choose your delivery method
  
• Under payment options, select ‘Use Shopify Gift Card’
  
• Enter your gift card code (shared via email) and apply
  

The gift card amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
