Shipping policy

At Arthmod, we don’t believe in rushed deliveries. We believe in stories that travel — wrapped in intention, and made just for you.

When will I receive my order?

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from our Bangalore studio.

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — express orders are prioritized and generally delivered within 3–4 business days post-dispatch.

Is shipping free?

  • Yes, shipping is free across India on all orders above ₹3,000.

  • For orders below ₹3,000, a flat ₹150 is charged — this helps support our eco-packaging and fair courier pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 🌍
 International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?                                                                                                                                                                                                        No. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. They are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by country.

Undeliverable or Returned International Orders                                                                                                                                                                                                      If an international shipment is refused, returned, abandoned, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to ArthMod.  In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or carrier charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive tracking details after I place an order?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your ArthMod piece home.
