At ARTHMOD, we believe in thoughtful delivery. Every order is carefully packed and prepared from our Bangalore studio before making its way to you.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Across India
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Express delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across India for a flat fee of ₹250.
COD orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges Within India
Shipping is free across India on orders above ₹1,499.
For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
Express shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship ARTHMOD pieces worldwide.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the order total or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs charges vary by country and are determined by the relevant local authorities.
Undeliverable or Returned International Orders
If an international shipment is refused, returned, abandoned or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to ARTHMOD.
Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes or carrier charges incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your ARTHMOD piece home.
